The Supervisor's Academy

October 14, 2008 through January 13, 2009, Tempe/AGTS (click for directions),  CEUs: 5.65

In today’s highly competitive business environment, well-trained supervisors are a must. Skilled supervisors can improve morale, lower turnover, and reduce grievances and litigation. They will communicate well and help create an environment that fosters employee engagement and loyalty.
