Ginny McMinn, B.A. Ginny McMinn is an experienced human resources professional and business owner with over 25 years of experience in a wide range of industries. Ginny’s specialty areas include human resources (HR) career considerations, HR audits, HR metrics, employee and labor relations, HR strategy, compensation and rewards, employment compliance topics, effective supervision, and law for supervisors. Ginny enjoys the interaction in a classroom and the opportunity to assist others in preventing or resolving workplace issues. She provides practical, action-oriented training and coaching to employees in line, supervisory, management, and executive roles. Ginny holds a master’s degree in Industrial Relations, a certificate in Employee Relations Law, and a bachelor’s degree in English Education. She has been granted Lifetime Accreditation as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
