Tibby Cornelius is CEO (Coordinator of Exciting Optimism) and owner of a private consulting firm based in Phoenix, Arizona.  She is a Creative Humor Specialist, teaching and motivating others to invite more laughter, humor, and play into their lives.  She believes that laughter is really the best medicine and learning to become a humor-being can recharge your own professional batteries so that you can take your job seriously and yourself lightly.

Tibby holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Westmont College and a master’s of counseling degree from Arizona State University.  She is a certified PET instructor, a certified MegaSkills instructor, an adjunct faculty member at Phoenix College, an MCC parenting instructor, and a Certified Laughter Leader.
