Patricia Cramer is a warm, dynamic, and learner-oriented presenter in the areas of written and oral communication, listening skills, management and leadership skills, managing multiple priorities, dynamic presentations, and an impressive variety of other personal and professional development topics. She has worked with adults since 1976 for business, industry, and government clients.

Pat holds an M.B.A. in Management and an M. A. in Counseling/Personnel. She is a past Assistant Regional Director for the American Society for Training and Development, and Past President of the Valley of the Sun and Gulf Coast Chapters of ASTD. Pat has authored three books and several audio and videotapes.
