Susanne S. Drury is the owner of a private consulting firm specializing in training, team building, and organizational development for a wide variety of public and private sector organizations.  Her specialty is intervening with teams that are having difficulty and resolving issues between supervisors and team members.  She also does executive coaching.  Sue has also established a solid reputation as a dynamic presenter with the ability to reach varied audiences in an involving way.

Susanne is an adjunct faculty member at Ottawa University and Argosy University.  She has written professional articles and served as president of the Delaware Psychological Association and State Board of Licensure of Psychologists.  She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Chicago.
