Susan L. Grace works with organizations to uncover discriminatory behavior through her independent investigations; to prevent discrimination and bullying through education and early correction of inappropriate practices; to identify performance barriers and recommend solutions; and to strengthen workplace relationships by mediating disputes early.

She is the former Deputy Director for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) Phoenix District Office and she served as an adjunct instructor for Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations where she designed and delivered conflict resolution training.
