Hanken, M.A. In business since 1980, Chloe Ann Hanken has designed and presented innovative programs for a wide variety of organizations in both the public and private sectors and throughout the United States. Chloe is a principle partner and director of a management, employee, and organizational development company. In addition, she is the author of the Conflict Behavioral Styles Inventory (C.B.S.) and co-author of the CASE Behavioral Styles Inventory. She has assisted in the management development of personnel for a wide variety of organizations including: United States Bureau of Land Management, American Cancer Society, Motorola, Del Webb Corporation, Dial Corporation, Dayton Hudson, Wells Fargo, IBM, American Express, AT&T, Fuji Film, Arizona State University, Saint Luke’s Hospital, Salt River Project, and the Maricopa County Community College District. Chloe’s professional experience, combined with her mix of humor and directness, makes her presentations both practical and entertaining. Chloe is a certified trainer for LIFO, Franklin Covey, Zenger Miller, and Behavioral Technologies.
