Bob Lewis, B.A. Bob Lewis focuses on developing individuals to become the best leaders possible. To accomplish this, Bob provides his clients innovative and custom-tailored solutions that infuse leaders with the required knowledge, skills, and confidence to unlock their full potential enabling them to execute the organization’s priorities flawlessly. Prior to forming his consulting firm in 1997, Bob worked as a professional development trainer, training manager and management consultant for JP Morgan Chase, the State of Arizona, and GSSC Consulting. Bob has delivered more than a thousand presentations internationally and throughout the United States. He has had the opportunity to partner with executives, managers, supervisors, and front-line employees within a wide range of industries including Banking and Finance, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, telemarketing, consumer products, utilities, state and local government, telecommunications, education and human services. A partial list of clients includes General Electric, JP Morgan Chase, Pfizer, Wells Fargo, The City of Phoenix, and Southwest Human Development. Over his career Bob has worked closely with clients, whether it’s guiding an executive team toward the creation of a unified sales presentation to promote message consistency and drive sales, holding one-on-one coaching conversations with managers to improve their leadership skills and competencies, or facilitating strategic planning sessions to identify future goals and a concrete plan to achieve them. He is a frequent presenter and speaker at conferences and corporate retreats on the topics of leadership development, performance management, personal branding, and effective communication. Active in several professional associations, Bob has served on the board of directors for the Phoenix chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. He is also a member of the International Association of Facilitators and the Southwest Facilitators Network.
