Dwayne Roberts became a Professional Registered Parliamentarian in 1994.  Since then he has served as parliamentarian for the Arizona State Association of Parliamentarians, District 3 Toastmasters International, and many other organizations throughout Arizona and Colorado. 

He has taught parliamentary procedures to a wide variety of organizations including colleges and associations and has published articles on parliamentary procedure in magazines including The Toastmaster and The National Parliamentarian.
