Laura Royal takes a "best in class" approach to training.  She draws from many years of experience in designing and delivering powerful, dynamic, learner-based training within corporate, non-profit, educational, and government environments. Her areas of expertise include leadership, performance management, and team dynamics.

An independent consultant in the Phoenix metro area, Laura has held a variety of roles within the field of organizational learning, including many years leading a training department. These experiences are reflected in her presentations that have practical application and simple, ready-to-use tools and techniques. 

She holds a B.A. from the University of Missouri at Columbia and an M.S. Ed. from the University of Kansas.
