Michael S. Wade,
J.D. Michael Wade is a partner with Sanders Wade Rodarte Consulting Inc. Prior to starting his management consulting practice in 1984, he served as the Command Equal Opportunity Officer for the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command in Washington, D.C. and as the Equal Employment Opportunity Administrator for the City of Phoenix. Michael received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona College of Law. He is the author of three books: The Bitter Issue: The Right to Work Law in Arizona, Leadership’s Adversary: Winning the War between Leadership and Management, and – to be released in 2010 - How to Make Presentations to Councils and Boards. He writes Execupundit.com, a top-rated leadership blog with a world-wide readership, and writes an on-line column on career issues for U.S. News & World Report. Michael has taught executives, managers and supervisors throughout the United States.
