Studies show that nearly one third of all employees in the American workplace experience bullying and that bullying is on the rise. This important class covers how to identify, prevent, and respond to bullying at work. It examines the adverse consequences to employers if bullying is not adequately addressed as well as the differences between bullying and unlawful harassment. Case illustrations will be used to stimulate discussion and ensure that participants are prepared to effectively manage bullying back on the job.
