Many people in management or supervisory positions are expected to handle a number of projects and tasks that can’t be accomplished by just one person.  So what can you do? You have to figure out how to control your time and responsibilities instead of letting them control you.   Effective delegation skills are key in helping you control your workload.  Delegating doesn’t mean you hand a project over to someone else and forget about it.  Rather, you skillfully guide your employees to complete a task or project successfully.
