This course teaches managers and supervisors the roles and responsibilities of the career coach, then gives them tools to carry out this role.

  • Hold effective career discussions with employees

  • Coach employees in identifying career options, setting goals, and implementing a career plan

  • Use career planning process to identify their own career options
